The Analyst Trainee role for the 2026 batch provides entry-level engineers with opportunities to work in areas such as database operations, IT service management, cloud environments, and digital workplace support while collaborating with global clients.

Responsibilities

Perform database queries, CRUD operations, and stored procedure development.
Understand table relationships and retrieve data using optimized SQL queries.
Prepare and execute test cases for manual and automated testing.
Analyze service tickets, identify root causes, and resolve technical issues.
Work with IT Service Management and data analytics tools.
Monitor production servers and maintain computing environments.
Provide support for Windows systems, networks, databases, storage, messaging, and cloud platforms.
Follow standard operating procedures and runbooks to deliver services effectively.
Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Document incidents, maintain knowledge base articles, and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2026 batch graduates with BCA, BSc (Computer Science/IT or related streams), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics, or any 3-year UG degree.
  • Minimum 60% in academics for certain roles and 50% minimum for other trainee roles with no standing arrears.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL, database operations, and basic software testing concepts.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment and relocate across India if required.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
