This ENG Project/Program Intern role at the Bangalore office offers students the opportunity to work closely with Engineering and Product Leadership while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, SDLC processes, and enterprise product delivery.

Responsibilities

Assist in defining program scope, milestones, goals, and success metrics.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
Track progress and create dashboards or reports to monitor KPIs.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support teams.
Communicate schedules, updates, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
Support the planning and execution of meetings to ensure timely outcomes.
Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Work with development teams to resolve issues impacting timelines.
Recommend tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and automation.
Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong learning mindset with attention to detail and accountability.
