Responsibilities

Analyze large and complex datasets to solve business challenges using statistical and analytical techniques.
Apply quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data mining to develop strategic insights.
Define and track key product and business metrics to measure performance and growth.
Forecast trends and evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives.
Identify opportunities for optimization and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to support decision-making.
Design experiments, define success metrics, and interpret results clearly.
Present insights through reports, dashboards, and visual storytelling.
Lead data-driven initiatives from problem definition to execution and outcome analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics and data querying using SQL.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or R.
  • Strong background in quantitative problem-solving and statistical analysis.
  • Experience defining metrics, designing experiments, and communicating insights.
  • Ability to understand business ecosystems, user behavior, and long-term trends.
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
