Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL.

Apply strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms to solve engineering problems.

Debug and resolve bugs efficiently while ensuring system stability.

Collaborate with developers and business teams to launch features smoothly.

Understand when to escalate technical blockers and communicate issues clearly.

Participate in design discussions and code reviews to build robust applications.

Contribute to building prototypes and scalable backend workflows.

Suggest improvements to engineering processes and development practices.

Experiment with new technologies and take ownership of assigned modules.

Support continuous improvement in coding standards and team collaboration.

Requirements

Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL.
Good debugging skills and ability to identify root causes of issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to learn, experiment, and deliver tasks quickly.
Interest in improving engineering practices and writing clean code.
Availability for on-site internship in Bengaluru.
