This Intern – Software Engineering role in Chennai offers an excellent opportunity for fresh engineers to work on next-generation transportation and marine logistics software, contributing to real-world systems used by customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

Work in an Agile team with Product Managers, Lead Developers, and QA Leads.

Build new product features using Test Driven Development (TDD) practices.

Contribute across the full technology stack, from frontend to backend.

Take end-to-end ownership of assigned modules including design, implementation, testing, and support.

Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Participate in the complete SDLC from requirement analysis to production release.

Stay updated with modern technologies and share knowledge with the team.

Help improve system reliability through debugging and troubleshooting.

Requirements

BE/B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology.
Strong object-oriented programming skills in Java and/or C++.
Experience with RDBMS and SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
Strong understanding of Data Structures and Design Patterns.
Good analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and manage ownership of development tasks.
