This Intern – Agentic AI Development role in Pune is an excellent opportunity for students who want hands-on experience in building conversational AI agents, workflow automation, and enterprise-level integrations.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Services.
Build automation workflows using Power Automate to connect AI agents with business systems.
Write and maintain Python scripts for custom logic, API integrations, and data processing.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms like Snowflake for data-driven conversations.
Connect AI agents with CRM tools such as Salesforce for sales and business workflows.
Work with business and sales teams to gather requirements and define AI agent scope.
Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure reliability.
Create technical documentation for workflows, integrations, and AI components.
Stay updated on advancements in Azure AI, Power Platform, and generative AI technologies.

Requirements

  • Academic or project experience in AI/ML or related technologies.
  • Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and generative AI concepts.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Services.
  • Experience building automation workflows using Power Automate.
  • Strong Python scripting knowledge for integrations and data handling.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Snowflake and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Curiosity, proactive learning mindset, and willingness to explore new tools.
