Responsibilities

Support the team in all SDLC phases including requirement understanding, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Assist in PDLC activities and contribute to product development tasks.

Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Deliver assigned development tasks within deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Learn and apply technical skills through mentorship, training programs, and internal knowledge sessions.

Develop functional understanding of energy markets to build business-aligned solutions.

Collaborate with team members and communicate progress effectively.

Requirements

B.Tech in Computer Science / IT or related field.
Basic programming knowledge and interest in software development.
Strong learning mindset with the ability to accept feedback and improve quickly.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Comfortable working in an Agile development environment.
Interest in understanding business domains like energy and market intelligence.
