The Bengaluru engineering center plays a critical role in developing scalable AI-powered platforms used by global customers.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable ML and GenAI applications using modern software engineering practices.

Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to convert business needs into production-ready solutions.

Re-engineer and optimize Python-based backends (e.g., Streamlit POCs) into scalable APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks.

Build and enhance backend services that support ML/GenAI workflows with high reliability and performance.

Optimize complex data queries from Snowflake and other data sources to ensure low-latency, responsive applications.

Apply software design patterns, OOP principles, and clean architecture to deliver maintainable systems.

Integrate frontend components (ReactJS) with backend APIs while maintaining UI/UX, accessibility, and performance standards.

Conduct unit testing, automated testing, and code quality inspections.

Participate in architecture discussions focusing on scalability, security, and distributed systems.

Document technical designs, system processes, and operational procedures.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Python programming.
Hands-on backend engineering experience using FastAPI or similar Python frameworks.
Experience or solid understanding of ReactJS for frontend integration.
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
Experience working with databases and data optimization, especially Snowflake.
Understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
Experience with system design, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
