About The Role

With a strong engineering culture, the Bengaluru team plays a critical role in operating reliable infrastructure, improving deployment velocity, and enabling developers to ship features with confidence.

Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and repeatable releases.
Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot applications on AWS/GCP with a focus on availability and performance.
Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes, including scaling and rollouts.
Monitor system health using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack; respond to alerts and incidents effectively.
Automate manual and repetitive operational tasks using Shell or Python.
Collaborate with application developers on microservices, APIs, and deployment strategies.
Partner with QA and engineering teams to deliver zero- or minimal-downtime deployments.
Support security controls, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
Participate in technical and customer-facing discussions, sharing clear updates during deployments and incidents.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or a related role.
  • Experience working with multiple cloud providers (AWS and GCP/Azure).
  • Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes operations.
  • Experience using Terraform or similar IaC tools.
  • Proficiency in Shell or Python scripting.
  • Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Go, or Java).
  • Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking basics, and cloud security fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
  • Strong communication skills, including incident reporting and stakeholder updates.
