- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Go for backend development or strong willingness to learn it quickly.
- Basic experience or interest in working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of algorithms and data structures, or a strong motivation to build these fundamentals.
- Interest in backend systems, web services, and API design.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team setup.
