Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by external users in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze internal workflows and operational processes to identify opportunities for scaling and efficiency improvements.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional Stripe teams to enhance product offerings and improve communication around new features.
Gain deep exposure to how thousands of global businesses use Stripe to grow and manage their operations.
Support critical workflows by partnering with global operations specialists and business process owners.
Contribute to building a new team structure and operational culture focused on quality and customer satisfaction.
Help improve internal documentation and operational guidelines to streamline issue resolution.
Provide insights and feedback that influence future product and process decisions.
Balance multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements
