The Software Engineer I – SRE role in Noida is ideal for early-career engineers who want to work on cloud-scale systems and reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

Improve the full lifecycle of microservices and architectural components, from design and deployment to operations and refinement.
Define, evolve, and manage Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
Write production-grade code and automation to reduce operational toil, improve efficiency, and strengthen security posture.
Enable development teams to ship features faster by improving reliability and operational velocity.
Scale systems sustainably using automation and reliability best practices.
Participate in and facilitate blameless post-incident root cause analysis (RCA) to drive learning and improvements.
Support and continuously enhance global incident response coordination across products.
Drive root cause identification and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, iterative, agile environment.

Requirements

  • 0–1 years of industry experience in cloud-native or reliability-focused roles.
  • Experience managing cloud-native applications using reliability best practices.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across the full technology stack.
  • Deep understanding of AWS networking, compute, storage, and managed services.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD and infrastructure tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Crossplane, Ansible, or Jenkins.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code practices.
  • Ability to write production-ready code in Java, Scala, or Go.
  • Strong Linux command-line skills and understanding of cloud-native security principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
