Requirements
- To qualify, candidates must be pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field, graduating by summer 2026, or possess equivalent work experience.
- You should have foundational experience with programming through coursework, internships, or personal projects. Stripe primarily uses Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, and Go, but strong programming fundamentals matter more than experience in specific languages.
- Experience working collaboratively on multi-person coding assignments—either professionally or in an academic setting—is required.
- You must also be comfortable learning unfamiliar systems, performing independent research, and seeking mentorship when needed.
